A cute video of Aid. He's such a sugar. Please ignore the fact that in the background I look very strange, It was the day after thanksgiving, and after 3 thanksgiving dinners, even my big pants were snug, I was all lumpy and swollen.

Thanksgiving friday, we were at Kris' folks house for dinner. They were all outside, and I was inside with Aid. When I started goin "Oh, look!" Kris came running with the camera. Aiden Is getting so strong. He's almost 2 months now, ya know.

I decided to wait a day or two, but I have some good ones. We also got real portraits done yesterday, and have one of Aidans first smiles on one of them! yeah, he's staring at the corner where something shiny was falling, but its still great! And Handsome Lucas took some non-"Calvin & Hobbes" pictures.

I have new photos, I have to upload them tommorrow. I just wanted to write to whine... A clogged Duct sucks, hardcore. I have pumped til I cant anymore, so hopefully It'll be all better soon. But Dang, it's so not fun.
In other news, Aidan is sleeping in his Bassinet for the first overnight tonight, bearing I can stay awake at his middle of the night feed and change. I hope I dont forget and fall into my bed with him, cause, while it's easier to nurse my chunky butt baby that way, I dont rest well, and I dont want to end up with another Lucas, trying to climb in my bed at 4 years old, all elbows and knees.
Speaking of chunky butt... my one month old little boy had a doctors appointment. He's 11.12 lbs, lol! When he left the hospital, on 10-8, he was 7.2 lbs. so he's gaining close to a pound a week. 95th percentile. He's also grown almost an inch a week, coming in on Monday at 22 inches. and his big ol' head just keeps getting bigger, 15.5 inches there.
Lucas also had an appt. and he's right on track, 70th percentile for both height & weight. I also got a notice from his school today, informing me that with my permission, his teacher has requested he be evaluated for the gifted program! My baby is a smartypants! I'm so proud!

ICKY!

We are sick. me, both boys, and Kris is getting over it now, seeing as he's who brought it home. I had a fever night before last, 104.7. It was awful. Lucas had a tiny cough and sniffle last night, but nothing much. I let him go trick or treat. He had to stay home from school today. I'm a sucky mom. Even the baby has the sniffles. Luckily he's breastfed, or i'd bet it would be worse for him. I feel like I have been swallowing glass for a week, and when it finally let up, I went "yay!" only for my sinuses to clog instantly and make me believe my head was going to explode and a pegasus would fly out. I can't take much meds either, with the feeding Aid. It sucks. I wonder if Theraflu is okay. Or I may need to get more Alkaseltzer. I took some last night, and felt more alive than i have since this started.
